By accessing our website or using the app, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

The ayambebek.com website

Our website is a static page that renders a feed product catalog. There are no user accounts, no login forms, and no "sign up" button. When you open the site:

• Your browser fetches index.html and its assets from our hosting provider
• Your browser fetches the catalog data from a Google Apps Script that reads our private spreadsheet server-side
• No cookies are set by ayambebek.com
• No third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
• Your theme and language preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage — never sent to a server
• Clicking a marketplace or WhatsApp button opens a third-party site/app (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp). Their privacy policies apply once you leave

• Sesi drop (Drop Pagi, Siang, dll)

d) Dari aplikasi seller — Teknis

• Versi aplikasi yang digunakan
• Jenis perangkat dan sistem operasi
• Token notifikasi push (untuk pengiriman pemberitahuan)
• Log error/crash report — berisi stack trace, versi aplikasi, dan info perangkat. Tidak termasuk data resi, foto paket, kredensial, atau identitas pengguna.

• Basic page requests (IP address, user agent, pages visited) — logged transiently by our hosting provider for abuse prevention per their policy. We do not link these logs to your identity.
• Theme (light/dark) and language (ID/EN) preferences stored in your browser's localStorage

b) From the seller app — Account

• User email (for login authentication)
• User/operator name
• Login session status
• Device biometric data (Face ID / Fingerprint) — stored and processed entirely on your device; the app only receives success/failure confirmations from the OS and never sees your fingerprint or face. Biometric data is classified as specific personal data under Art. 4(2) UU PDP and receives heightened protection.

c) From the seller app — Operational

• Shipping receipt numbers (from barcode scans)
• Marketplace order IDs (Shopee, etc.)
• Courier names (J&T, SiCepat, Shopee Express, etc.)
• Number of packages per receipt
• Pre-drop package photos
• Scan and sync timestamps
• Drop sessions (Morning Drop, Afternoon, etc.)

d) From the seller app — Technical

• App version in use
• Device type and operating system
• Push notification token (to deliver notifications)
• Error/crash report logs — contains stack trace, app version, and device info. Does not include receipt data, package photos, credentials, or user identity.

e) What we do NOT collect

Kami tidak menggunakan data Anda untuk: pemasaran terpersonalisasi di luar aplikasi, profiling, iklan bertarget, atau penjualan ke pihak ketiga.

Dasar Hukum Pemrosesan

Sesuai Pasal 20 UU No. 27/2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, setiap pemrosesan data Kami didasarkan pada salah satu dasar hukum berikut:

Data is collected for these limited purposes:

• Verifying user identity at login (seller app)
• Recording and syncing receipt scan activity to the server

• Fixing bugs and improving app/site performance
• Displaying the public product catalog on the website (public data from our spreadsheet)

We do not use your data for: personalised marketing outside the app, profiling, targeted advertising, or sale to third parties.

Legal Basis for Processing

Per Article 20 of Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 27/2022), every processing activity is grounded in one of the following legal bases:

• Server backend: Data resi, foto paket, dan log operasional disimpan di seller.ayambebek.com dengan koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS/TLS).
• Spreadsheet katalog: Bersifat privat di Google Sheets, dibaca server-side oleh Apps Script milik Kami. Pengunjung situs tidak mengakses spreadsheet secara langsung.
• Perangkat Anda: URL konfigurasi API dan token sesi disimpan secara aman di penyimpanan lokal perangkat. Preferensi browser (tema/bahasa) di localStorage domain ayambebek.com.
• Lokasi server: Backend di Indonesia. Google Sheets/Apps Script di infrastruktur Google.
• Durasi retensi: Data operasional aplikasi seller disimpan selama Anda aktif sebagai pengguna; setelah akun dinonaktifkan, data audit dipertahankan maksimum 2 (dua) tahun, kemudian dihapus. Durasi ini ditetapkan agar laporan keuangan dan audit perpajakan dapat diverifikasi sesuai praktik akuntansi yang berlaku, sambil meminimalkan retensi data pribadi melebihi yang diperlukan (Pasal 16(1) UU PDP).

Transfer Data Lintas Negara

Beberapa layanan teknis Kami berjalan di infrastruktur Google (Apps Script, Google Sheets, Firebase Cloud Messaging). Server-server tersebut dapat berlokasi di Amerika Serikat, Singapura, atau Eropa, tergantung region yang dialokasikan Google.

Sesuai Pasal 56 UU PDP, transfer data lintas negara dilakukan dengan dasar:

• Negara tujuan memiliki tingkat pelindungan data setara atau lebih tinggi (Google tunduk pada GDPR Uni Eropa dan memiliki Data Processing Addendum yang sejajar dengan UU PDP), atau
• Adanya pelindungan yang memadai dan mengikat secara hukum melalui kontrak Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum yang Kami terima saat menggunakan layanan mereka.

• Backend server: Receipt data, package photos, and operational logs are stored on seller.ayambebek.com over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
• Catalog spreadsheet: Private in Google Sheets, read server-side by our Apps Script. Site visitors do not access the spreadsheet directly.
• Your device: API config URLs and session tokens stored securely in device-local storage. Browser preferences (theme/language) in the ayambebek.com localStorage.
• Server location: Backend in Indonesia. Google Sheets / Apps Script on Google infrastructure.
• Retention: Seller app operational data is kept while you are an active user; after account deactivation, audit data is retained for a maximum of 2 (two) years, then deleted. This duration is set so that financial reports and tax audits can be verified per applicable accounting practice, while minimising retention of personal data beyond what is necessary (Art. 16(1) UU PDP).

Cross-Border Data Transfer

Some of our technical services run on Google infrastructure (Apps Script, Google Sheets, Firebase Cloud Messaging). Those servers may be located in the United States, Singapore, or Europe, depending on the region Google allocates.

Per Article 56 of UU PDP, cross-border transfers are conducted on the following bases:

• The destination country has equivalent or higher data protection (Google is subject to the EU's GDPR and provides a Data Processing Addendum aligned with UU PDP), or
• Adequate, legally binding protection through the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum we accept when using their services.

Kami tidak menjual, menyewakan, atau memperdagangkan data pengguna ke pihak ketiga manapun untuk tujuan komersial.

Data hanya dibagikan dalam kondisi terbatas berikut:

• Kepada penyedia layanan teknis (sub-processor) yang terikat perjanjian kerahasiaan dan menjadi bagian dari arsitektur layanan Kami — daftar lengkap di bawah

Setiap sub-processor di atas terikat oleh syarat-syarat layanan dan/atau Data Processing Addendum yang sesuai dengan UU PDP. Apabila daftar ini berubah, perubahan akan diumumkan sesuai mekanisme di Bagian 12.

Saat Anda mengklik tombol marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) atau WhatsApp di situs Kami, browser Anda langsung membuka layanan tersebut. Kami tidak meneruskan data Anda — referer biasa berlaku, sesuai pengaturan browser Anda.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third party for commercial purposes.

Data is shared only under these limited circumstances:

• With technical service providers (sub-processors) bound by confidentiality and forming part of our service architecture — full list below
• When required by law or by official requests from Indonesian authorities
• With the internal AyamBebek.com team for operational and audit purposes

Each sub-processor above is bound by service terms and/or a Data Processing Addendum aligned with UU PDP. If this list changes, the change will be announced via the mechanism in Section 12.

When you click a marketplace button (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) or WhatsApp on our site, your browser opens that service directly. We do not forward your data — standard referrer behaviour applies, per your browser settings.

Tidak ada sistem yang 100% kebal terhadap ancaman siber. Apabila terjadi kegagalan pelindungan data pribadi yang berdampak pada Anda, Kami akan memberitahukan Anda dan otoritas yang berwenang dalam waktu paling lama 3×24 jam (72 jam) sejak Kami mengetahui insiden tersebut, sesuai Pasal 46 UU PDP.

Security measures we apply:

• End-to-end encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all transmissions
• Token-based authentication for backend API access
• Optional biometric login as an extra layer in the app
• Server access restricted to authorised technical personnel
• Regular backups and active monitoring for anomaly detection
• URL validation: only https:// URLs from the catalog spreadsheet are rendered as links on the site

No system is 100% immune to cyber threats. If a personal-data protection failure affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the competent authority within 3×24 hours (72 hours) of becoming aware of the incident, per Article 46 of UU PDP.

Berdasarkan UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP), Anda memiliki hak untuk:

• Mendapatkan informasi tentang kejelasan identitas, dasar kepentingan hukum, tujuan permintaan dan penggunaan data, dan akuntabilitas pihak yang memproses
• Melengkapi, memperbarui, dan memperbaiki data pribadi yang tidak akurat
• Mengakses dan memperoleh salinan data pribadi Anda
• Mengakhiri pemrosesan, menghapus, dan/atau memusnahkan data pribadi (kecuali data yang wajib disimpan untuk audit)
• Menarik kembali persetujuan pemrosesan data kapan saja
• Mengajukan keberatan atas tindakan pengambilan keputusan yang hanya didasarkan pada pemrosesan otomatis (Kami tidak melakukan ini)
• Memilih atau tidak memilih tindakan pemrosesan data secara spesifik
• Menggugat dan menerima ganti rugi atas pelanggaran pemrosesan data
• Mengajukan keluhan kepada otoritas yang berwenang — Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) atau Lembaga Pelindungan Data Pribadi setelah berfungsi penuh, jika Anda tidak menerima tanggapan yang memadai dari Kami

Cara Menggunakan Hak Anda

Pengguna aplikasi seller (dengan akun): kirim email ke [email protected] dari alamat email akun terdaftar Anda, dengan salah satu subjek:

• Akses Data Pribadi — untuk meminta salinan data Anda
• Perbaiki Data Pribadi — untuk koreksi/pembaruan
• Tarik Persetujuan — untuk mencabut persetujuan
• Hapus Akun — untuk menghapus akun dan data terkait

Pengunjung situs (tanpa akun): Anda tetap memiliki hak yang sama. Kirim permintaan dari email apapun ke [email protected] dengan subjek Privasi — Pengunjung Situs. Karena Kami tidak menyimpan data yang terikat ke identitas Anda di situs, respons umumnya akan mengonfirmasi bahwa Kami tidak memiliki data pribadi Anda yang dapat diidentifikasi (kecuali log hosting transien yang dimiliki oleh penyedia hosting Kami).

Kami akan merespons dalam maksimum 7 hari kerja dan menyelesaikan permintaan dalam 14 hari kerja sejak verifikasi identitas. Untuk permintaan hapus akun, data audit yang wajib disimpan (lihat Bagian 6) akan tetap disimpan hingga masa retensi 2 tahun berakhir, kemudian dihapus secara permanen.

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022, "UU PDP"), you have the right to:

• Be informed of the processor's identity, legal basis, processing purpose and use of data, and accountability
• Complete, update, and correct inaccurate personal data
• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Terminate processing, erase, and/or destroy personal data (except records we are obliged to retain for audit)
• Withdraw consent for processing at any time
• Object to decisions based solely on automated processing (we do not run any)
• Opt in or out of specific processing actions
• Sue and obtain compensation for processing violations
• Lodge a complaint with the competent authority — the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo), or the Personal Data Protection Authority once fully operational — if you do not receive an adequate response from us

How to Exercise Your Rights

Seller-app users (with an account): email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with one of the following subjects:

• Access Personal Data — to request a copy of your data
• Correct Personal Data — for correction/update
• Withdraw Consent — to revoke consent
• Delete Account — to delete your account and associated data

Website visitors (no account): you have the same rights. Send a request from any email to [email protected] with subject Privacy — Website Visitor. Because we do not store data tied to your identity for the website, the response will typically confirm that we hold no identifiable personal data on you (apart from transient hosting logs held by our hosting provider).

We will respond within 7 business days at most and complete the request within 14 business days of identity verification. For account-deletion requests, audit data we are required to retain (see Section 6) is kept until the 2-year retention period ends, then permanently deleted.

Aplikasi seller ditujukan untuk pengguna profesional berusia 18 tahun ke atas. Situs ayambebek.com tidak ditujukan untuk anak-anak. Kami tidak secara sengaja mengumpulkan data dari anak di bawah 13 tahun. Apabila Kami mengetahui adanya data anak yang terkumpul, Kami akan segera menghapusnya.

The seller app is intended for professional users aged 18 and over. The ayambebek.com website is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

Situs ayambebek.com tidak menyetel cookie apapun dan tidak memuat tag pelacakan iklan, tag profiling, atau pelacakan lintas situs (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Meta Pixel, dll. — tidak digunakan).

Untuk memantau performa situs Kami menggunakan Cloudflare Web Analytics yang bersifat cookieless: tidak menggunakan cookie, tidak melakukan fingerprinting, dan tidak mengumpulkan data pribadi yang dapat mengidentifikasi Anda. Yang dicatat hanya metrik agregat halaman (jumlah kunjungan, sumber rujukan, jenis perangkat, Core Web Vitals). Data ini diproses di sisi Cloudflare dan Kami akses dalam bentuk laporan agregat. Hanya localStorage domain Kami yang digunakan, untuk menyimpan preferensi tema dan bahasa Anda secara lokal di browser Anda.

The ayambebek.com website sets no cookies and loads no advertising tags, profiling tags, or cross-site tracking (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Meta Pixel, etc. — not used).

To monitor site performance we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no personally identifiable data is collected. Only aggregate page metrics are recorded (visit counts, referrer source, device type, Core Web Vitals). The data is processed on Cloudflare's side and we access it as aggregate reports. See Section 7 for the full sub-processor list.

Only our domain's localStorage is used, locally in your browser, to persist your theme and language preferences.

The seller app uses no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
